About
Hi, I’m Maddie.
I’m a University of Michigan Ross School of Business grad with a business major and a film minor, a creative at heart with an analytical mind. At Acalanes High School in California I was student body president. At Michigan I led marketing and recruiting for Phi Beta Lambda, a business fraternity; helped lead member integration in my sorority; led Out for Business; ran a full-service production agency; gave campus tours to a few thousand prospective students; and occasionally served as the school mascot. I also never missed a Michigan game (go blue).
I also recruited constantly. I grew Tubi’s TikTok from zero to 100,000 followers in one summer, helped launch Lady Gaga’s $1M Kindness in Community Fund at Born This Way Foundation, produced on set at Criminal, and planned media at OMD. Now I’m at PepsiCo working on MUG Root Beer. I’ve been the student sending the cold email and the person reading it.
As a career coach at Michigan Ross, I also helped hundreds of students work toward their goals through resumes, networking, recruiting strategy, and interview prep.
I didn’t have a playbook. I built one. Now I want to share it.
